What we did?
A photo or video of a lot goes in; a grade, defect rate and foreign-matter estimate come out, with a human verification loop on anything below the confidence threshold. The rule agreed on day one: the agent may under-grade cautiously, it must never over-grade. Alongside it, a price forecasting engine gives short, near and long horizon forecasts with confidence bands.

How it runs today
Both systems run in production on the marketplace today, with escrow-backed settlement built with banking and trustee partners. The two error types carry different prices, and the evaluation set was designed around that from the first day.
